Georgia High School Softball - Jones County bounces Perry
September 15, 2025: Gray, GA 31032 In Monday's non-league match, the host Jones County Greyhounds softball team scored a tight 8-3 victory over the Perry Panthers.
The Greyhounds (15-2) will now prepare for their match against Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Red Devils go into the non-league match with a 11-5 record. In their last game, Jackson edged Morgan County (Madison, GA), 5-4, in a league game.
The Panthers now hold a 3-9 record. They play next when they host Warner Robins for a 4A Region 1 game on Tuesday, September 16. Perry will play a Demons squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Treutlen (Soperton, GA). The Demons record now stands at 8-8.
