September 16, 2021: Marbury, AL 36022 The Marbury Bulldogs (Marbury, AL) volleyball nudged the visiting Isabella Mustangs (Maplesville, AL), 3-2 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, Marbury upgrades its record to 7-5 on the year. The Bulldogs host Stanhope Elmore (Millbrook, AL) to face the Mustangs in a non-league outing on Monday, September 20. The Mustangs go into the outing with a record of 2-7. Stanhope Elmore lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL)
The Mustangs now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Chilton County for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 21. Isabella will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Prattville Christian Academy (Prattville, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-5.
