The Steele Canyon Cougars volleyball team (Spring Valley, CA), went down 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA)

The Norsemen (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Helix (La Mesa, CA). The Highlanders come into the Grossmont Hills challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last challenge, Helix defeated Grossmont (El Cajon, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Francis Parker Lancers (San Diego, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 17. Steele Canyon will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Lancers come into the challenge with a 6-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Valhalla (El Cajon, CA).
