The Salamanca Warriors thwarted the visiting Allegany-Limestone Gators football team by a count of 28-6 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Salamanca upgrades its record to 2-1 on the season. The Warriors travel to Fredonia (Fredonia, NY) to encounter the Hillbillies in a Section 6 C - South outing on Friday, September 23. The Hillbillies go into the outing with a record of 3-0. Fredonia won 21-6 in their recent non-league outing against Tonawanda (Tonawanda, NY)
