Iowa High School Football - Ballard tipped by Atlantic
September 16, 2022: Atlantic, IA 50022 The Ballard Bombers football team (Huxley, IA), was tipped 15-12 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Atlantic Trojans (Atlantic, IA)
The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against A-D-M (Adel, IA). The Tigers come into the 3A District 6 challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, A-D-M nipped Winterset (Winterset, IA), 28-14, in a non-league challenge.
The Bombers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Humboldt for a 3A District 2 challenge on Friday, September 23. Ballard will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 37-0 non-league win over Boone (Boone, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-0.
