In Friday's league game, the Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL) football team smashed the visiting Sipsey Valley Bears (Buhl, AL), by a final score of 56-10.

The Choctaws (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Andalusia (Andalusia, AL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, Andalusia overwhelmed Montgomery Academy (Montgomery, AL), 49-7, in a league game.

The Bears now hold a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oak Grove for a non-league game on Friday, September 23. Sipsey Valley will battle a Tigers team coming off a 41-26 league win over Curry (Jasper, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 3-1.
