Louisiana High School Football - Cabot can't get by Ruston
September 16, 2022: Ruston, LA 71270 Ruston Bearcats (Ruston, LA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Cabot Panthers (Cabot, AR), 17-14 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Ruston improves its record to 2-1 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Lafayette Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA) to confront the Knights in a non-league test on Friday, September 23. The Knights come into the test with a record of 3-0. Lafayette Christian Academy won 28-25 in their recent non-league test against Jesuit (New Orleans, LA)
With the loss, Cabot drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR) to confront the Hurricane in a 7A Central test on Saturday, September 24. The Hurricane come into the test with a record of 1-2. Jonesboro won 31-17 in their recent non-league test against Center Hill (Olive Branch, MS)
