West Virginia High School Football - St. Albans knocked off by Capital
September 16, 2022: Charleston, WV 25311 Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV), 35-6 in a league test.
With the triumph, Capital improves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Huntington (Huntington, WV) to battle the Highlanders in a Mountain State test on Friday, September 23. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 2-1. Huntington won 58-13 in their recent league test against George Washington (Charleston, WV)
With the loss, St. Albans drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Red dragons host Hurricane (Hurricane, WV) to battle the Redskins in a Mountain State test on Friday, September 23. The Redskins come into the test with a record of 3-1. Hurricane lost 31-28 in their recent league test against Spring Valley (Huntington, WV)
