Ohio High School Football - Chardon topples Mayfield

September 16, 2022: Chardon, OH 44024

The Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) football defeated the visiting Mayfield Wildcats (Mayfield, OH), 31-14 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Hilltoppers face the Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a Western Reserve bout, on Friday, September 23. Chardon will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Bombers enter the bout with a 4-1 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH).

The Wildcats (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Riverside (Painesville, OH). The Beavers enter the Western Reserve bout with a 4-1 record. In their last bout, Riverside defeated Madison (Madison, OH), 59-0, in a league bout.
