The Nocona Indians (Nocona, TX) football overcame the host Chico Dragons (Chico, TX), 38-13 in Friday's non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Valley View Eagles (Valley View, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 23. Nocona will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 24-0 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, TX).
