Texas High School Football - First Baptist crushed by Covenant

In Friday's non-league game, the Covenant Knights (Dallas, TX) football team smashed the host First Baptist Saints (Dallas, TX), by a final score of 52-18.

The Knights (4-0) will now prepare for their game against Trinity Christian (Willow Park, TX). The Eagles come into the non-league game with a 1-3 record. In their last game, Trinity Christian was trounced by Olney (Olney, TX), 50-6, in a non-league game.

The Saints now hold a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mercy Culture Prep for a TAPPS Division IV District 1 game on Friday, September 23. First Baptist will battle a Royals team coming off a 24-0 non-league loss to Cumby (Cumby, TX). The Royals record now stands at 0-3.
