Rankin Red Devils (Rankin, TX) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the visiting Knox City Greyhounds (Knox City, TX), 50-43 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Rankin improves its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Red Devils host Van Horn (Van Horn, TX) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 23. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 2-1.

With the loss, Knox City drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Greyhounds travel to Crowell (Crowell, TX) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, September 23. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 1-3. Crowell won 60-36 in their recent non-league test against Motley County (Matador, TX)
