In Friday's non-league match, the host Ridgewood Maroons football squad scored a close 7-6 victory over the Northern Highlands Highlanders.

In their next game, the Maroons clash with the Passaic County Tech Bulldogs (Wayne, NJ) in a non-league match, on Friday, September 23. Ridgewood will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record.
