September 16, 2023: Chesterfield, VA 23838 The Princess Anne Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Matoaca Warriors to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cavaliers now possess a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Great Bridge for a non-league game on Saturday, September 16. Princess Anne will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 league win over Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-4.
The Warriors (1-3) will now prepare for their game against Prince George (Prince George, VA). The Royals enter the Central game with a 3-3 record. In their last game, Prince George nipped Colonial Heights (Colonial Heights, VA), 3-2, in a league game.
