The Discovery Canyon Thunder topped the visiting St. Mary's Pirates volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Thunder now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Palmer Ridge for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Discovery Canyon will confront a Bears team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Bears record now stands at 2-1.

The Pirates (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Rye (Rye, CO). The Thunderbolts enter the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Rye gained a win over Holly (Holly, CO), 2-0, in a non-league test.
