September 16, 2023: Pigeon, MI 48755 Croswell-Lexington Pioneers (Croswell, MI) fans were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Laker Lakers (Pigeon, MI), 4-2 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Pioneers confront the Yale Bulldogs (Yale, MI) in a Blue Water Area challenge, on Monday, September 18. Croswell-Lexington will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Landmark Academy (Kimball, MI).
The Lakers now have a 1-10 record. They take the field next when they host Hemlock for a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 16. Laker will confront a Huskies team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Bullock Creek (Midland, MI). The Huskies record now stands at 0-9.
