The Owls (10-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA). The enter the non-league challenge with a 5-6 record. In their last challenge, Thomas Jefferson defeated East Jefferson (Metairie, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hawks meet the John Curtis Christian Patriots (River Ridge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 19. McGehee will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Patriots enter the challenge with a 14-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA).
