California High School Volleyball - University City over Foothills Christian
September 16, 2023: El Cajon, CA 92020 The University City Centurions (San Diego, CA) volleyball overcame the host Foothills Christian Knights (El Cajon, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.
With the win, University City upgrades its record to 17-5 on the year. The Centurions travel to Oceanside (Oceanside, CA) to face the Pirates in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 16. The Pirates go into the outing with a record of 10-4. Oceanside won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Olympian (Chula Vista, CA)
The Knights now own a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Escondido Charter for a Pacific outing on Tuesday, September 19. Foothills Christian will face a White Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA). The White Tigers record now stands at 5-10.
