California High School Volleyball - Fremont Yosemite

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Yosemite Badgers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Fremont Firebirds.

The Badgers (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA). The Tribe come into the Northwest Sequoia battle with a 16-3 record. In their last battle, Chowchilla achieved victory over Sierra (Tollhouse, CA), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next, the Firebirds clash with the Leigh Longhorns (San Jose, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 16. Fremont will attempt to advance on its 4-13 season record. The Longhorns come into the battle with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ann Sobrato (Morgan Hill, CA).
