September 16, 2023: Florissant, MO 63031 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host McCluer Comets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Jennings Warriors.
The Comets (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Lutheran North (St. Louis, MO). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 2-10 record. In their last battle, Lutheran North lost by Westminster Christian Academy (Edwardsville, IL), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the University City Lions (St. Louis, MO) in a Class 3 District 5 battle, on Saturday, September 16. Jennings will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 2-4 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to McCluer (Florissant, MO).
