With the win, Winona upgrades its record to 3-8 on the year. The Winhawks travel to Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN) to play the Tigers in a Big 9 bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 1-4. Albert Lea lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Austin (Austin, MN)
