Kentucky High School Football - Bell County thwarted by Whitley County
September 16, 2024: Pineville, KY 40977 Whitley County Colonels (Williamsburg, KY) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Bell County Bobcats (Pineville, KY), 22-12 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Whitley County advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Colonels travel to Knox Central (Barbourville, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league battle on Monday, October 14. The Panthers go into the battle with a record of 0-1.
The Bobcats now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Clay County for a non-league battle on Monday, September 23.
