The Blue Raiders now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury Township for a non-league outing on Saturday, September 21. Tamaqua will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 32-14 non-league loss to Wilson Area (Easton, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Jim Thorpe drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Olympians host Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league outing on Saturday, September 28. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 1-0.
