September 16, 2024: Rockford, IL 61114 Lutheran Crusaders (Rockford, IL) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Christian Life Eagles (Rockford, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lutheran advances its record to 3-7 on the season. The Crusaders host Belvidere North (Belvidere, IL) to face the Blue Thunder in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Blue Thunder go into the test with a record of 7-4. Belvidere North won 2-0 in their recent league test against Rockford East (Rockford, IL)
The Eagles now sport a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Beloit for a Northeastern test on Tuesday, September 17. Christian Life will face a Sobos squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Ashton-Franklin Center (Ashton, IL). The Sobos record now stands at 6-7.
