September 16, 2024: Vinton, VA 24179 The William Byrd Terriers topped the visiting Glenvar Highlanders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league test.
With the win, William Byrd improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Terriers host Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA) to face the Blue Demons in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Blue Demons go into the test with a record of 5-2. Christiansburg won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Radford (Radford, VA)
The Highlanders now own a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Radford for a Three Rivers test on Thursday, September 19. Glenvar will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Alleghany (Covington, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 1-4.
