September 16, 2025: Portland, OR 97206 Barlow Bruins (Gresham, OR) fans were in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Franklin Quakers (Portland, OR), 3-1 in a non-league bout.
The Bruins now possess a 3-0 record. They play next when they host Mountainside for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. Barlow will play a Mavericks squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over McKay (Salem, OR). The Mavericks record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Franklin moves to 2-3 on the year. The Quakers host McNary (Keizer, OR) to clash with the Celtics in a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. The Celtics come into the game with a record of 1-3. McNary lost 1-0 in their recent non-league game against Southridge (Beaverton, OR)
