Utah High School Soccer - Cedar knocks off Pine View
September 16, 2025: St. George, UT 84790 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Cedar Reds (Cedar City, UT) and the host Pine View Panthers (St. George, UT), saw Cedar's soccer squad knock off Pine View by a count of 3-0.
The Reds (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Desert Hills (St. George, UT). The Thunder come into the 4A Region 9 match with a 10-2 record. In their last match, Desert Hills nipped Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT), 2-1, in a league match.
The Panthers now own a 2-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Desert Hills for a 4A Region 9 battle on Tuesday, September 23. Pine View will battle a Thunder squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Cedar (Cedar City, UT). The Thunder record now stands at 10-3.
