September 16, 2025: Cary, IL 60013 Cary-Grove Trojans (Cary, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Crystal Lake South Gators (Crystal Lake, IL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cary-Grove improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL) to face the Eagles in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 17. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Gators now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hampshire for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 14.
