September 16, 2025: Seattle, WA 98125 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league test between the Issaquah Eagles (Issaquah, WA) and the host Lakeside Lions (Seattle, WA), saw Issaquah's volleyball squad nudge Lakeside by a score of 2-1.
With the win, Issaquah improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Eagles host Mercer Island (Mercer Island, WA) to encounter the Islanders in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Islanders go into the test with a record of 3-0. Mercer Island won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Mount Si (Snoqualmie, WA)
The Lions now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host Eastside Catholic for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, September 17. Lakeside will meet a Crusaders team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Roosevelt (Seattle, WA). The Crusaders record now stands at 1-1.
