Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY) and the visiting Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY), saw Lexington Christian's volleyball squad nudge Lexington Catholic by a score of 2-1.

With the win, Lexington Christian improves its record to 15-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to encounter the Commodores in a battle on Thursday, September 18. The Commodores enter the contest with a record of 4-3. Tates Creek won 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Woodford County (Versailles, KY)
