September 16, 2025: Harrisburg, PA 17103 Carlisle Thundering Herd (Carlisle, PA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Harrisburg Cougars (Harrisburg, PA), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Carlisle moves its record to 1-6 on the campaign. The Thundering Herd host State College (State College, PA) to clash with the Little Lions in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth outing on Thursday, September 18. The Little Lions go into the outing with a record of 5-3. State College lost 1-0 in their recent league outing against Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Capital outing, on Wednesday, September 17. Harrisburg will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record. The Bulldogs come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 2-0 league loss to Camp Hill (Camp Hill, PA).
