Pennsylvania High School Soccer - Sharon knocks off Conneaut Area
September 16, 2025: Sharon, PA 16146 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Sharon Tigers (Sharon, PA) and the visiting Conneaut Area Eagles (Linesville, PA), saw Sharon's soccer squad triumph over Conneaut Area by a count of 8-2.
The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their match against Grove City (Grove City, PA). The Eagles come into the District 10 Region 2 match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Grove City nipped Greenville (Greenville, PA), 3-2, in a league match.
The Eagles now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Hickory for a District 10 Region 2 match on Thursday, September 18. Conneaut Area will meet a Hornets team coming off a 4-3 league win over Slippery Rock (Slippery Rock, PA). The Hornets record now stands at 5-1.
