September 16, 2025: Independence, OH 44131 The Fairview Warriors (Fairview Park, OH) soccer overwhelmed the host Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH), 5-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
The Warriors now own a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vermilion for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 20. Fairview will battle a Sailors team coming off a 7-2 league win over Sandusky (Sandusky, OH). The Sailors record now stands at 8-4.
The Blue Devils (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Garfield (Garrettsville, OH). The G-Men go into the non-league challenge with a 0-10 record. In their last challenge, Garfield was overwhelmed by Southeast (Ravenna, OH), 12-0, in a league challenge.
