September 16, 2025: Altus, OK 73521 Altus Bulldogs (Altus, OK) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting MacArthur Highlanders (Lawton, OK), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Altus improves its record to 18-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Elgin (Elgin, OK) to meet the Owls in a non-league challenge on Friday, September 19. The Owls come into the challenge with a record of 1-20. Elgin lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Duncan (Duncan, OK)
The Highlanders now own a 15-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carl Albert for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. MacArthur will play a Titans team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Shawnee (Shawnee, OK). The Titans record now stands at 14-9.
