California High School Volleyball - EF Academy over Animo City of Champions
September 16, 2025: Pasadena, CA 91104 The EF Academy Hawks volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Animo City of Champions Wildcats to 1 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now have a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chadwick for a Prep outing on Thursday, September 18. EF Academy will face a Dolphins squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Rio Hondo Prep (Arcadia, CA). The Dolphins record now stands at 11-11.
The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Hawthorne Math & Science Academy (Hawthorne, CA). The Aviators go into the non-league game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Hawthorne Math & Science Academy went down by Geffen Academy (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
