The Cardinals (10-0) will now prepare for their contest against Metairie Park Country Day (Metairie, LA). The Cajuns enter the non-league contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Metairie Park Country Day notched a victory over Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA), 3-1, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Mustangs battle the Berwick Panthers (Berwick, LA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 17. Assumption will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Panthers enter the contest with a 6-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Destrehan (Destrehan, LA).
