September 16, 2025: Axtell, KS 66403 The Axtell Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Frankfort Wildcats to 0 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Valley Heights for a Twin Valley outing on Tuesday, September 16. Axtell will confront a Mustangs squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Riley County (Riley, KS). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-5.
The Wildcats (1-10) will now prepare for their match against Linn (Linn, KS). The Bulldogs enter the Twin Valley match with a 9-2 record. In their last match, Linn gained a win over Onaga (Onaga, KS), 2-0, in a league match.
