Alabama High School Volleyball - Loretto can't get by Central

The Central Wildcats edged the visiting Loretto Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Wildcats confront the Deshler Tigers (Tuscumbia, AL) in a 4A Area 14 game, on Thursday, September 18. Central will attempt to advance on its 21-8 season record. The Tigers go into the game with a 25-6 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Elkmont (Elkmont, AL).

The Mustangs (10-18) will now prepare for their game against Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TN). The Tigers go into the A District 11 game with a 1-12 record. In their last game, Mt. Pleasant was edged by Lewis County (Hohenwald, TN), 3-0, in a league game.
