In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Discovery Canyon Thunder volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Coronado Cougars.

With the win, Discovery Canyon improves its record to 4-5 on the season. The Thunder host Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO) to meet the Red-Tailed Hawks in a 4A Pikes Peak challenge on Tuesday, September 23. The Red-Tailed Hawks come into the challenge with a record of 3-4. Cheyenne Mountain lost 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Heritage (Littleton, CO)

Next, the Cougars meet the Palmer Terrors (Colorado Springs, CO) in a 4A CSML South challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Coronado will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record.
