The Mustangs now possess a 15-15 record. They play next when they host Ryan for a 5A Region I District 6 bout on Friday, September 19. Grapevine will clash with a Raiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over Richland (North Richland Hills, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 15-14.
With the loss, Denton drops to 9-11 on the campaign. The Broncos host Colleyville Heritage (Colleyville, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Region I District 6 bout on Friday, September 19.
