The Highlanders now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Radford for a Three Rivers bout on Thursday, September 18. Glenvar will clash with a Bobcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Patrick County (Stuart, VA). The Bobcats record now stands at 7-1.
Next, the Knights battle the Floyd County Buffaloes (Floyd, VA) in a Three Rivers contest, on Tuesday, September 23. James River will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Buffaloes enter the contest with a 4-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, VA).
