In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Villa Rica Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Rome Wolves.

The Wildcats (18-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Kendrick (Columbus, GA). The Cherokees come into the non-league challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Kendrick beat Shaw (Columbus, GA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolves play the Calhoun Yellow Jackets (Calhoun, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 18. Rome will attempt to upgrade on its 4-22 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 21-7 record after their 2-0 league win over LaFayette (LaFayette, GA).
