In Saturday's non-league game, the Centerpoint Knights (Amity, AR) football team got by the visiting Bigelow Panthers (Bigelow, AR), by a score of 12-8.

The Knights (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Two Rivers (Ola, AR). The Gators come into the 3A Region 4 game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Two Rivers nipped Westside (Coal Hill, AR), 39-14, in a non-league game.

The Panthers now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mountainburg for a 2A Region 1 game on Saturday, September 24.
