September 17, 2022: Braintree, MA 02184 The Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) football edged the visiting Stoughton Black Knights (Stoughton, MA), 22-18 in Saturday's league bout.
In their next game, the Wamps face the Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 24. Braintree will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Flyers enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 56-0 non-league loss to Walpole (Walpole, MA).
The Black Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Hanover (Hanover, MA). The Indians enter the non-league bout with a 0-0 record.
