September 17, 2022: South Lyon, MI 48178 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Mt. Pleasant Oilers (Mt. Pleasant, MI) and the host South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI), saw Mt. Pleasant's volleyball squad nip South Lyon East by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Mt. Pleasant upgrades its record to 14-6 on the year. The Oilers travel to Bedford (Temperance, MI) to play the Kicking Mules in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 17. The Kicking Mules go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Bedford lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Saline (Saline, MI)
