September 17, 2022: Towson, MD 21286 Towson Generals (Towson, MD) supporters were pleased Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Century Knights (Sykesville, MD), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Generals confront the Archbishop Spalding Cavaliers (Severn, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 21. Towson will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Cavaliers enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Loyola Blakefield (Towson, MD).
The Knights now possess a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Winters Mill for a MVAL - Blue Ridge challenge on Thursday, September 22. Century will confront a Falcons team coming off a 5-2 league win over Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD). The Falcons record now stands at 3-1.
