Maine High School Volleyball - Westbrook overwhelmed by Cheverus
September 17, 2022: Westbrook, ME 04092 In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Cheverus Stags volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Westbrook Blue Blazes.
The Stags (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Clippers come into the non-league battle with a 5-0 record. In their last battle, Yarmouth achieved victory over South Portland (South Portland, ME), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Blue Blazes clash with the Cape Elizabeth Capers (Cape Elizabeth, ME) in a Class B battle, on Thursday, September 22. Westbrook will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Capers come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to York (York, ME).
