The Desert Oasis Diamondbacks topped the host Moapa Valley Pirates volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Diamondbacks now have a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Green Valley for a non-league test on Monday, September 19. Desert Oasis will confront a Gators team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Canyon Springs (North Las Vegas, NV). The Gators record now stands at 11-11.

The Pirates (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV). The Lions enter the 3A South - Desert test with a 0-6 record. In their last test, Somerset Academy Losee was knocked off by Sports Leadership & Management (Henderson, NV), 3-0, in a league test.
