In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Lexington Tigers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Fairview Yellowjackets.

The Tigers (23-7) will now prepare for their battle against Creek Wood (Charlotte, TN). The Red Hawks come into the non-league battle with a 20-1 record. In their last battle, Creek Wood achieved victory over Sycamore (Pleasant View, TN), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Dickson County Cougars (Dickson, TN) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 17. Fairview will attempt to advance on its 8-8 season record. The Cougars come into the battle with a 2-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Henry County (Paris, TN).
