September 17, 2022: Sacramento, CA 95831 The Kennedy Cougars volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Pierce Bears to 0 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mira Loma for a non-league game on Saturday, September 17. Kennedy will meet a Matadors team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Woodland (Woodland, CA). The Matadors record now stands at 0-8.
The Bears (6-14) will now prepare for their game against Bradshaw Christian (Sacramento, CA). The The Pride enter the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Bradshaw Christian gained a win over Union Mine (El Dorado, CA), 3-1, in a league game.
